They were able to find affordable parts for the repairs that made it possible to have the work done. I dropped the car off and waited for the call. I got an update email around 3:30 then a call around 3:50 that the car was done and the a/c was now working great. I picked it up this morning and it’s blowing cold. Very happy with the service. Great job everyone.

I had an appointment for 1130am service.At 2:15pm my vehicle was still not pulled in for service. Disgusted with poor quality service I elected to leave. You wasted almost 5 hours of my time. I won't be back for service or to buy a new vehicle from Big Island Motors.

Service dept put the wrong oil in my vehicle. My vehicle takes 0w20 full synthetic...your service people put 10W30 in my vehicle. I want this problem resolved immediately.
