3 hours for a diagnosis.- Absolutely insane. Rude receptionist - unreal. I will never buy another Subaru again if the is the type of service you get!!!! Ready to dump the one we have now. Was planning on a new Subaru this spring. Now am going to different brand Your service is not Service but pure torture! We are going to post reviews on social media and write to Subaru America. WOW. Who thought after 20+ years of owning Subaru I would dump them like pig stink! Never again!!!!!!!?

Shayna Deponte-Rodrigues was outstanding with communication & scheduling my Subaru Crosstrek for warranty service - the foreman Mechanic, Gabriel even came out to test drive my vehicle with me to make sure the problem was resolved & did extra work to ensure the problem was resolved. Ryan Tanimoto took care of me initially referring & helping me to schedule with Shayna & both got me in earlier knowing I needed to soon leave back to the mainland. Excellent & Amazing team with very personalized service.
