I said the tire pressure light was on even though the tire pressure was good. She said they’d check it. When I picked it up, it had NOT been attended to, and said it would be an additional $130 to diagnose.

I just moved here from the mainland. I have a 2020 Subaru Forester. It was due for a tune up. I was told that it will take an hour and half or 2 hours. They will text me when done. I was in the waiting area and an hour later, my car was ready! Great service and friendly staff. Thank you.

3 hours for a diagnosis.- Absolutely insane. Rude receptionist - unreal. I will never buy another Subaru again if the is the type of service you get!!!! Ready to dump the one we have now. Was planning on a new Subaru this spring. Now am going to different brand Your service is not Service but pure torture! We are going to post reviews on social media and write to Subaru America. WOW. Who thought after 20+ years of owning Subaru I would dump them like pig stink! Never again!!!!!!!?
