I had a terrible experience at the shop; I wasted nearly two full workdays just to get the damage to my car repaired. As it turns out, I picked up the vehicle, and it wasn't in use for more than four hours before the exact same problem resurfaced—almost as if the part I paid to have replaced hadn't been installed at all. I find this completely unacceptable, especially since this vehicle is essential to my work and serves as my daily livelihood. Now I have to take it back in to be inspected again, which means I will once again lose a significant amount of time.
