I would like to express a concern. It does not make sense that new, unrelated issues continue to be identified only after each individual repair is completed. It gives the impression that a comprehensive diagnostic scan may not have been performed from the beginning—something I would have expected as a standard step. This approach leads to a “repair waterfall,” where parts are replaced one after another without a full picture of what’s actually wrong, resulting in both time delays and added costs.

I was happy that they were able to fix the evaporator on the car. I just had a big issue though when I got my car back, everything was misplaced and Saturday. Nothing was put back how I dropped off the car what I mean everything inside the car the inside windshield window was dirty, everything that I had around the steering wheel like bracelets and just some personal items were just thrown into the side of my door. I looked in the inside of my middle part compartment, and same thing with that. Everything was a mess. Everything was misplaced, like if somebody was going through it which made me really, really upset and also whoever disconnected my charger from the car, literally disconnected it and threw it to the backseat. I was having trouble looking for my cable until I realize that they literally just tossed it on the back and how I mentioned nothing was placed back how I dropped the car off, which made me super super upset, especially knowing that I paid almost $2000. On the dashboard, I had a rose that my girlfriend gave me and when I got into my car, it was literally destroyed and the fact that you guys didn’t bother throwing it away and just having all the flower pedals were messed up really really hurt.

When I checked in, I was given a document to sign regarding the condition of my vehicle. I signed the document, and after I signed it, the person checking me in, took the document outside and told me to go to the waiting room. I knew he was gonna check the condition of my vehicle and possibly make notes on the document. I had already signed so I followed him outside instead of going to the waiting room. Sure enough he was walking around the vehicle and looking for damage which he was going to note on the document that I had already signed. I told him that this was deceptive to add information to a document that I had already verified the contents of by signing it, but he did not seem to care about my concern, as if what he was doing with standard practice at the dealership. I also asked for a copy of the document that I signed, and he discouraged me from receiving it.
