I spoke to service advisor Oscar several times before my visit. I went down my list of questions and Oscar answered all of them, with the utmost concern. My Honda pilot was towed in to the dealership and
Oscar was there to greet the tow driver. Oscar’s estimate was on the money. My pilot was delivered on time as promised. I believe I found a new home for my 18 yr old Honda.

Oscar and the team that work on my car are absolutely amazing. I live in San Clemente and will always drive up if my car needs any maintenance or repairs. From the moment I walked in, Adrian greeted me warmly and took the time to listen to my concerns regarding a recurring error message I was receiving. He clearly communicated the issue to the technician, who did an excellent job thoroughly inspecting my vehicle and addressing my concerns.
Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured or upsold. Adrian consistently provided cost effective options and explained everything clearly. So far, the error message has not returned and I am extremely happy with the results.

Everything was good just make sure the system is working, it turns out my car was done at 1:15pm and the staff sent me a text message to let me know the car was ready, but it never went through because the system wasn’t working so l was there until 2:30pm waiting and then went to ask if my car was ready and they told me it had been ready since 1:15pm but the message never went through just please make sure your system is working properly
