I had my car towed in Saturday after the service department closed. On Monday morning I heard from Saib before I was ready to call. The work was done in a timely manner. This is why I keep coming back to Freeway Honda for the service on my vehicle.

This was my first service on my 2023 Pilot and Ocar Mogel (and the Dealership) did not disappoint. Same service as 2 weeks ago when I brought my wife's Accord, polite efficient and accurate.

There was confusion around the cost. I was quoted a price before I left the dealer and my representative had to call me and tell me it was more. While I don’t mind that the price changed. I’m disappointed that the mistake was made because he didn’t realize my car needed to be charged more. I bring my car for every service. How is it they he didn’t realize it was a different transmission. Also when I asked to explain the pricing it was not clear. I will say this is the anomaly as the team is usually great.

My car is still on freeway Honda shop, because some manufacture recalls needs to be fix it, but Mr Said Gonzalez was very kind and polite with me and he explain very good what my car problem.
