After returning home with my vehicle, I realized the locking issue in the rear passenger door was still not working. The outer handle also appears loose. It all feels/seems more broken than when I brought it in. I will be returning with my vehicle tomorrow morning, first thing.

Never going back. Over the phone and in person, I only asked for an alignment inspection. Even though this shop has performed just the alignment check and not full alignment in the past, I was told today it’s physically impossible.
I asked to speak with a manager. He’s just as bad. Having someone lie to you about vehicles basics is wild.
This is the same shop who has consistently messed up my vehicle. I always end up needed to drive back. No bueno.

I got a premium service done costing $360 and was told that I need to pay $150 more for diagnostics if engine service light that was on. Autozone does the diagnostics for free. I bring my car to the dealer ship expecting at least a diagnostic of something that may be wrong or needs service. A multipoint inspection was performed but the basic engine light diagnostic is not included. That is ridiculous.
