I got the call my car was ready to be picked up. I show up to pick up my car and i wait 15 minutes. No one once came up to me to try and help. I had to go inside and ask why it’s taking so long and I got no answer the receptionist gave me attitude. I came back outside to wait by the pick up area and finally one person came to me and asked me for my tag number but after he left I waited another 15 minutes. In total I waited 300 MINUTES for a car that is supposedly ready for pick up after six hours. If it was not ready then why did I receive a car to come to the dealership and pick it up??
I would have liked to speak with my service provider about the battery test performed, what the outcome was, what my tired tread was at on the tires that did not need to be replaced and what items would be servicing in the future but he was not available. The reports did not include this information.
Hector's service was fine but disappointed with Freeways service that my vehicle was there all day and a faulty part was not found till I was there to pick up tempted to publish on available websites available to me

Saib is just awesome, he takes pride in his work, I like that he has the time to greet me, shake my hand and tell me good bye, drive safe any issues, concerns or questions don’t hesitate to call him, always, always makes sure my vehicles are taken care of, any issues that I was not aware of he calls me brings it up to my attention and always gets em fixed to ensure my and families safety. Saib is an awesome Person always makes sure I’m completely satisfied. ????????????????????
