The problem was reported 3 months ago, not fixed, paid to recharge the AC which didn't work. It took 3 people at check in to get someone to help me... they kept passing the buck saying the previous advisor should correct what he did wrong. I had to pay to recharge the system again even though the problem wasn't fixed the first time. Cashier wasn't really friendly. I'm used to better service at other dealers.
Jeff is always very efficient, hard working, and has a great attitude. All the great qualities of excellent customer service.
She was very nice and helpful.
Oscar was fabulous! He was so kind and that means so much. He offered the transport to take me to get lunch, which was a great service you offer. Customer Service is key and he is a key player.

Amazing service! Saib was able to get my car in, diagnosed, and fixed within a day when I had been waiting almost 3 days for my usual Honda service center to even call me back after calling twice to try to get my car in. He was the most helpful, informative service advisor I've had so far, and I am definitely bringing my car back to this location with Saib.
The service was exceptional. Even though I arrived to the service center at their busiest time without an appointment (my car showed errorsand I didn't feel safe to drive), the service personnel did not hesisite to assist me and handle the problem. I am very thankful for anyone who was involved in fixing my car. They dis an outstanding job!!!
