Very poor service !!!! Oscar needs to learn how to communicate better and did his due diligence to help the customer. I have sent a detailed email to GM. Derrick V I have not heard back from him. Poor response from " Service Mgr " Let's not forget his part in this

Today was pretty frustrating. Lack of response, lack of follow up, lack of urgency. I explained I needed the car at a certain time and told that’s not a problem, but, geez… I’ve been at Freeway Honda for a long time and the quality of service ebbs and flows but right now we’re on the ebb side. I really need to write a strongly letter word to corporate management and find another dealership / mechanic soon.
