El muchacho q me ayudo muy amable.
Overall satisfied with the level of service. However, I was really disappointed with the transmission oil change quote of $550. This was offered after my service rep recommended a transmission oil change at 30,000 miles. I later looked at my owners manual and the factory recommends the first oil change at 60k and 30k thereafter. My car had 43K miles on it so a needless oil change in my opinion. The quoted $550 for this transmission oil change which is outrageous. It requires tire removal, removal of three bolts and four quarts of oil. I called Norm Reeves Honda, gave them my VIN # and was quoted $229 for the exact same transmission fluid drain and replace service. Matt brought the price down to $340 but still ended up paying a premium of $110. This isn't the customer experience I was expecting. Don't get me wrong, Matt was courteous but the apparent pricing leaves one to feel gouged.
No call is necessary. My comments are directed to all Mike Wilson Honda service centers. Service has really gone down hill. It is no longer about quality, it's about how many cars can get in and pushed out the door.
My vehicle was released at no charge, for the 2nd time, because the technician couldn't find the problem. I was told there was nothing that could be done for the parasitic drain. So, I am forced to take my vehicle elsewhere for service. I called a mechanic that specializes in electrical issues and he explained how he was going to fix it and sent me a video to view his procedure. Come on guys!! You can do better. So much for "Helpful Honda." Time to read your mission statement! Laziness and lack of quality are a choice.
Once the vehicle is fixed I will be seeking reimbursement from Honda.
Very good service very satisfied thanks
