Jeff was very helpful today, he seemed very knowledgeable on the issue I was experiencing with our vehicle. Very poor service !!!! Oscar needs to learn how to communicate better and did his due diligence to help the customer. I have sent a detailed email to GM. Derrick V I have not heard back from him. Poor response from " Service Mgr " Let's not forget his part in this
