Hector was great. No problem with his service. I was upset that I made an appointment the night before and I pull up and they tell me they don’t do appointments that it is always first come first serve. Why would they let me make an appointment. Plus my service took 2 hours as they told me it would maybe wouldn’t have had to wait so long if I knew first come first serve. I would have come earlier. Almost $400 and they wouldn’t wash my car. I’ve always owned Hondas and would probably go to a different one next time for service.
It was a very unpleasant experience. I dropped off my car before 8:30am & I received a called from Jamie Allen close to 1:30pm. It was just a simple oil change & tire rotation. I had asked Jamie for a ride back to the dealership & he agreed. After an hour of waiting for Honda’s driver, I called Jamie. I was upset because his answer was like, ITS A COURTESY SHUTTLE, IT’LL GET THERE WHEN IT GETS THERE. Jamie Allen told me that I was a very DIFFICULT CUSTOMER since I was complaining for the bad experience I had at Freeway Honda! I will think twice before returning to Freeway Honda! I had to call American Honda for this bad experience! Customer service should be a priority to Freeway Honda employees!

I had an over all great experience until my car was returned dirty, I thought Honda washed the exterior of the car after it’s been serviced. I know it was washed the day I bought it is that just a one time experience?
