Kenya was super fast on my first visit here. She has a very warm personality and great smile. I appreciated her greeting me as well as picking up on the fact I mentioned I purchased my car as a certified Honda. She said let me check and look up to see if your oil change is covered. I was planing on using the service coupon but she then advised my oil change was covered. I will keep bringing my car here for service!

The reason I brought my car in was to fix a transmission problem. I described the problem in detail because it was intermittent. I don't feel that the problem was seriously looked at because it was not fixed.
