matthew greeted me with a positive approach. Quickly gave me a repair estimate. Looked through the Honda website to see if thee were any senior discounts. He gave me a fairly close estimate as to the time it would take.It seemed like an almost apologetic smile as he delivered the almost $900 nbill. He represents Honda Freeway well.

I brought Honda CRV in for b1 service. Following oil leak being addressed and brake pads being done, now the car is making a noise it was not making BEFORE bringing the car in for service. No response yet from service rep on addressing that issue.

The Freeway Honda representative that helped me today was very insensitive about the client needs for the car. I was told the shuttles were busy and will take about half an hour to an hour to be available, I had requested for an uber for which she and her manager (as she has texted me) have declined. When I came in to the office and approached her if she needs anything from me before I pay, the moment I passed by, she started laughing loud. That was very unprofessional. I don’t know what she was laughing at but that was just unprofessional. She also said that the what the previous representative did ( got me uber when in similar situation was wrong). I personally believe what the previous representative did was just appropriate which was being mindful of their customer’s time. Worst she said that that shuttle is just complimentary, complimentary at that, if its offered and unable to serve, I personally believe you guys should exert an effort to substitute and not tell the customer its ‘complimentary’. She also mentioned that it was a management policy not to offer uber yo customers in situations like this unless its pass 330pm. On the other side, the shuttle driver, Daniel, had always been very nice and kind.
