I wanted to provide feedback on my recent experience at your service center. Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the promised timing and the actions of the service manager.
I had scheduled a doctor's appointment and was assured that my vehicle would only take 45 minutes to an hour to be completed. To my disappointment, the service exceeded the estimated time, which caused me to miss my appointment that I had been eagerly waiting for over three months.
When I reached out to the service manager regarding the delay, it seemed like they were trying to cover up and protect the service advisor who assisted me. This kind of behavior is not acceptable as it undermines trust and accountability within your team.
I had hoped for an apology or some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused, but none was offered. Instead, the service manager attempted to justify the delays by claiming they were beyond their control and that such things happen.
Due to this whole experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I value punctuality, professionalism, and honest service, which unfortunately were lacking in my recent visit to your center.
Thank you for taking the time to gather feedback. I hope that you can address these concerns and improve your services for future customers.
