Im very upset. I went in for an oil change and low pressure tire light that keeps coming on. I drop the car off, and hours later, i get a text its done. I go to pick it up, asked about the tire light and was told that a nail was in the tire and it was not in a place that is fixable. And that was it…? No call, no text, no …”hey ms luu, u have a nail, we cant fix it, would u like it replaced?” Because NOW, i have to WAIT more time here for the damn tire to get changed? And when i asked, all people could tell me was,…”oh, erick is at lunch”…. Then WHY did u text me and say my car is done???? And now.. its monday and i have to go BACK because the tire light is on AGAIN!!! Probably will not be back, if Service continues to be like this where nobody calls you if there’s a problem, and then they text you to come pick up your car, just for you to get there and find out that there’s problems and you have to wait for further service.

I typically have good experiences, but for some reason today was a disaster. I used the shuttle service today (which I have used before without problem) for my 8:15 am appt for oil change/tire rotation. I was dropped off at my location via the shuttle at 8:50 am. My car was ready at 10:30 AM so I spoke with Erick who put me on the list for shuttle pick up. He let me know it might be a little of a wait since it was Saturday so I decided to wait 45 minutes for a call back for pickup. Nothing. So I called again and spoke with a gentleman who apologized and said that I should be expecting a call soon but didn’t get anything. Another 40 minutes go by so I call again and it’s 12:00 pm at this point. I was told that the driver was at lunch and Erick was at lunch and I was still pending. At this point I felt stranded and stuck and it about two hours since I had called. I had to order a taxi to take me back to the Honda location and spend my own money of $10-$15 to get back to get my car. This was completely a terrible experience. A service should not be offered if it cannot be delivered reasonably - three hour wait is completely unacceptable.. By 1:00 pm (three hours after I requested a pickup) I was told that they were ready to pick me up. At this point I already got my car and left the dealership. Very bad experience today.

I requested they bring my back to me the way it my seat was adjusted not put back the way I had it I asked him to make sure it’s done he didn’t I hope it don’t happen again

Was asked if I would be waiting there and said yes. Was told they would come notify me, that didn’t happen. Got an email only so didn’t see it for an hour. Once I went to the reception area, was asked if I got the text and I said no, she just said ok go to the cashier. Terrible. Sat there for an hour after my car was ready.
The problems were unfunctional door lock and a dead battery which just need to be charged. However, the representative told me the battery must be replaced and before replacing it the mechanic couldn’t fix the lock! Then I called AAA because my battery was still in warranty. Then before the AAA technician came, the Honda mechanic fixed my door lock. Moreover, after the AAA technician tested the battery, he told me no need to replace the battery, instead, driving for 30-45 minutes would work. He said the Honda employees said so just because of money.
He was very helpful, attentive, and kind. I appreciate his honesty and knowledge.
