I am satisfied with my vehicle. Kenya was polite and helpful with any concerns about my vehicle. She had answers to all the questions I had regarding maintenance. Just a couple of things I noticed after leaving. First, the oil life on my vehicle was not reset after being brought in for Premium recommended service, and second, the top left side of my rear bumper shows a gap between the left tail light.

They were kind enough to give me a loaner car, however they failed to look at if BEFORe they gave it to me. There was a cracked windsheild and a maintaince due soon light on. I assumed they had checked out the car before they lent it to me but they did not. Do when I returned it, they accused me of breaking the windshield. They had to go back and look at the cameras to see that it was the previous person. They accused BEFORE THEY INVESTIGATED.
