I came in to get my key fob fixed. I decided to do an oil change as well. They did the oil change and I ended up getting two other scheduled maintainence items done, brake fluid and transmission fluid. They did all this work. I go out to get the car and the key fob was sitting in the car still completely unrepaired and ignored. I was like what the heck and then after I had to go back in an inquire told me oh the key - yeah we can’t fix that. You need to order a new one. The whole reason I came in not resolved. So we are ordering a new key fob and I have to go back in and likely wait another few hours.

Eric came right to my car and checked it out and then he signed me in. Everything was very fast. I had a two hour wait which is he told me it would be two hours he was very polite and very helpful.
