The service was not my issue Jose was great. But I was deeply disappointed with HONDA. I purchased a certified pre owned honda Civic14 months ago. And now my ac system is completely out with a cost of 2k to repair. Just 2 months after warranty. I hope Honda is able to help with a goodwill repair since the car is just at 40 k miles and just drove it for little over a year. This is my second Honda and 5th in the family I did not expect this.. Thank you and hope Honda will consider

I had trouble starting my car which is why i visited the facility. The team informed me that my battery still has ample life. However, after the cisit my car still has trouble starting. I would have saved more time if I had been suggested to change my battery.
