Saib is great. I do have a problem with your lack of courtesy cars when a vehicle has to be left overnight. I needed to get to the airport the day I took my car in for servicing, not knowing that it would have to be kept until the following day. Therefore, I had to borrow a car to get to the airport to pick someone up.
Erick did an amazing job in regards to his customer service he provided me with during my routine maintenance check!

I am always happy to bring my car for servicing at Honda dealership in Santa Ana.
I called and left messages to try to get a shuttle back dealership, but nobody Responded, even after asking me for the address. I ended up just ubering back, which **** that I have to pay for an Uber to fix something that was recalled by the manufacturer.
Very swift and easy to follow service. Time estimate was accurate and the guest lounge was very comfortable. Multi point inspection was easy to understand.
