The service advisor did great. She did what she could. However, I’m not satisfied and very disappointed the technician did to my car. My car was due for basic service and covered under warranty. Basic service includes the tire rotation. I ask if my car can be wash and the advisor stated that the machine for car wash was broken. I inspected my car when I got back and noticed that there’s not even a single mark of handling the tires for rotation. The dirt in my car tires were still there, so it’s very noticeable if it handled or not. I’m so disappointed.
