Hector was very kind! The young man outside that was getting my car was as rude as the day as long. The man sitting next to me and I were discussing how did he even get his job because that’s how rude he was.

Kenya was fine. Communicated well and nice and even though she wasn’t the most helpful, I felt like she did care. This review isn’t really about her. Bacially, the whole extended warranty thing is confusing. Ended up taking it to the dealership I bought my car and they said that if the dealership I was at had just called them, they could have transferred the warranty. Instead because of the situation, I won’t get the issue fixed for another week. Very unhappy with freeway Honda. I can almost guarantee I’ll never be back.
