Oscar was completely polite and professional. He kept his calm when I became upset that an anticipated minor servicing of approximately $300 ended up having two large $1400 other servicing items. I had had the 100,000 miles serving just 6 months ago and the only recommend to watch for was having to replace my tires in 12 to 18 months. Frankly anyone would ‘lose their cool’ having this minor servicing turn into a $2,999.26 bill.
My anger was due to the situation. Not due to anything Oscar did or said.
Oscar is a great service advisor. Looking forward to seeing him again.
