Done quicker than what was expected but normally a Honda employee would come to the waiting room to tell me in person and no one approached me. I saw a text on my phone 20mins after it was done. Still happy with the service done and taking care of me & honoring the discount that was previously mentioned to me 2 weeks prior by another Honda service rep.

Hector was great very professional and respectful as a Honda representative should. Thank you Hector. Waiting almost 4 hrs for a 30 min oil change is just ridiculously sad. Honda’s management needs a more effective way to handle simple tasks like oil changes. Hopefully in the near future this little dilemma can be solved.
