Everyone at the dealership was fine, I have no problems there. My only issue is it took five hours just to get a simple oil change. I dropped off my car at 10 AM with an appointment and I was not able to pick up my car till 3 PM. It really ate up most of my day for something that should take maybe 45 minutes? Especially when there are drive-thru facilities doing a full oil change in 15 minutes. I know you can’t compare the quality between the two but still, five hours for an oil changes ridiculous. But at least it was part of the maintenance package so it was essentially free. If I would’ve paid for that service, I would’ve been pretty upset.

The wait time for regular oil change is a bit ridiculous. You have the “express service “ stickers on your service area windows but there is nothing express about the service! I waited over 2 hours for my oil change service

Oscar treated me like I was important and that my concerns mattered. He was very patient with my constant questions and issues. Thank you Oscar. My wish for Freeway Honda is that discounts could be made available to people like me, who had bought my car there, have gotten all of my service work done there, and am a disabled senior to boot. Maybe a ‘punch card’ or BOGO or something other than an occasional minimal coupon. Thank you for considering my request.
