My upper crossover seat belt still is not locking when I press on the break

Kenya was a very knowledgeable and congenial employee. She made the whole process of getting my car serviced very smooth and easy. Kenya also showed me a button on my car that I never knew existed. I confess that is probably due to the fact that I never consulted my owners manual. In almost 9 years of owning my vehicle I never knew how to shut off my check tire pressure light or how it all worked. She explained it and showed me the button within the first 5 minutes of meeting her. Thank you for your service, Kenya!!
