Very impressed with Ms Kenya Adame service advisor. She is very curtious n friendly. Excellent service.

Dropped car off at 8:15 for oil change/tire rotation. Met Oscar for the first time today. Really nice to work with. One of the recommendations was 4 whl alignment. We were given this info about 11:30. Thought about it and called Oscar to go ahead with it. Told him we needed the car back by 2:00. As it got close to 2, we hadn’t heard from Oscar. Decided to just drive down in hopes it would be ready. Couldn’t find Oscar, ticket wasn’t closed out and alignment wasn’t done. 1/2 hour later still no Oscar but did get paperwork taken care of. Left about 2:40. Oscar eventually contacted us, apologize and stated service was really busy today because of holiday. We would rather he told us that they weren’t going to be able to do the alignment today and we would need to bring it back. We would have been ok with that. Instead we let with my wife being very disappointed. We would certainly work with Oscar again but just be up front with us.

Matthew was professional and courteous.

Matthew was honestly one of the easiest people to talk to and service was probably the best I’ve ever gotten. He helped me understand everything that needed to be done, helped with giving me number for everything, and he mentioned Jesus who was the mechanic who worked on my car which so I knew my car was taken care of right away! I think those two are probably one of the best I’ve ever worked with since getting my car in 2021 and going to Freeway Honda exclusively. 11/10 would recommend people to get Matthew to help with any issues on any car problems. Thanks Matthew!

Oscar is always attentive to my concerns. Every was fixed.

I really appreciate Matt's excellent customer service! My car was in the shop for multiple weeks and Matt did a great job communicating updates. I also feel confident that he and the team were methodical and conscientious in fixing my car and that they took every possible step that they could in identifying and fixing the problem.

I requested tire rotation and it was not completed, when i arrived for pick up. Instead i got a tire change quote!

Matt marched the price Midas quotes for the wheel alignment. This is a very nice gesture and made me extremely happy.

I had to call to check on status of my car several times and left messages It was not related to me when it was available till 400pm when store closes at 5pm
