Erick was very friendly, communicative and understanding of my situation. I received terrible news of a very expensive repair but he and the dealership worked with me to offer a discount to help my situation. Was told on the phone my oil change would be free. They even asked me for my make and mileage of the vehicle and said it would be free of charge but when I went the next day to my appointment I was told I would have to pay . I did pay but that's not the point , the point is that why would they tell me through the phone it would be free of charge and I end up being charged for it
