I’m very upset. I was given a form to approve a credit check. I was hesitant to sign as I already had secured a loan from Travis Credit Union and did not want my excellent credit score to go down with multiple credit checks. I was reassured that just your dealership was going to do a check. Lo and behold probably a dozen credit checks were done at the request of your dealership and my credit score went down approximately 40 points with TransUnion.

Came in before my accord's scheduled oil change (currently at 40%), due to rattling in the engine compartment on the passenger side. Diagnostic charge of $170 to have them look into it. Decided to get the Premium svc for $360+ so Hector kindly waived the Diagnostic fee for me. Found noise to be drive belt tensioner and a lot more issues that I couldn't afford at this time. Tires were to worn to safely drive in the rain so added new tires and alignment to my bill. Appreciated the complimentary shuttle home and there while they serviced the car.
For the first time, I really liked the customer service and they took the time to answer my questions. I was very satisfied

I don’t appreciate coming in with a coupon for a $75 oil change and instead being offered a $250 package which basically only gives a cabin air filter which is $17 and takes 1 minute to change myself. Beware of women with brains who also grew up with a dad who was a mechanic. I also don’t need $180 in transmission fluid offered at 29,000 miles. Ridiculous. In addition, i heard another employee behind the service counter loudly demean a young worker who walked in wearing a hat he didn’t care for. Do better. I’ll be taking my maintenance elsewhere.
