Hector was wonderful and kind. He explained what needed to be done in terms that I understood and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He deserves a raise!
I have had so many issues with my car since I got it and It’s the second time Oscar Moguel helps me and every time I leave upset and unsatisfied with the service I received from him. I feel that he always minimizes my concerns and makes them insignificant. When I try to explain why I am upset he gives me an attitude. It’s the second time that he purposely forgets to sign me up for a shuttle and I think it was because I was upset that I am always told different things about the issues with my car. Every time he helps me he wants to charge me for something when I have warranty & reoccurring issues. This time he didn’t explain to me what the technician who examen my cat said till I had to go and ask him before picking up my car. Honestly I never hope to get him as an advisor again!
