However, the display on the console screen differs from what it was when I brought the car and I’m having a hard time restoring the display back to what it was before.
Mathew was awesome . Awesome customer service . And went beyond and took pictures of the part that needed to be change I really appreciated that. Wish everyone went get on board with that. Thank you Mathew for being awesome ????
Great communication, friendly, & accommodating!
I received a text message an hour after dropping my vehicle off that it was completed. I then asked if they wash the cars. I was told "No" even though I had got it washed the last time I was there upon request.
After I was told that an exception would be made for me, I thanked Hector for the accommodation. After 4 hours, I never received a message stating that my vehicle was completed. I texted Hector, but didn't get a response. When I called the Service Department, I was told that my vehicle had been completed for some time.
I'm not too sure why there was no communication on this.
Service was great timing was perfect.
I was not exactly all the work to my car. And had questions on certain things. People were just rushed to get out of work

Always happy with the service I receive from Saib. I consider him a trusted advisor who gives me straight, honest open responses to my questions. I also rely on him to help me decide what service items should be taken care of immediately and what can be deferred. I’d also comment that most of the staff I deal with have a very good attitude, from the gentleman who checks me in and gives my car its number, to the young lady that gave me a ride home. Sign of a good culture and good management.
