I called my nearest dealer and was transferred to Oscar. After explaining the issue with my vehicle, he instantly provided solutions and suggested I take my car as soon as I could so it could be inspected. The issue was found right away and my car was fixed that same afternoon. This is an issue i’ve been stalling about for a while and I’m glad Oscar gave me instant feedback and was able to get my car fixed :) 10/10 would recommend Oscar for clients’ needs.
