Kenya made a rude and sarcastic comment to me. I do not appreciate being spoken to that way. When confronted, she apologized and said it was because she had had the same question asked by previous customers. Whatever experience she had with a previous customer, should not be my problem. I can just as easily take my business to Weir Canyon Honda to avoid rude and sarcastic comments by your staff.

I appreciated her demeanor and her explanation of the diagnosis. I’d also like that thank the attendant who brought me my car when I finished, attentive and friendly. I was watching him hustle the whole time I sat outside, a definite asset along with Kenya
