The cashier gave me the receipt with higher price and later gave me the right one after my explanation. There might be the reason for the confusion and she explained somehow but I couldn’t understand it the situation well because of the lack of my knowledge on some terms. But she didn’t even apologize for the first wrong receipt that I almost had to pay for.
The guys at the counter in the office were nice and kind. They tried to explain things easier, which gave a really good impression.

If the cost had gone up why take away services that were included like adding fluids if needed that’s not good customer service very shameful on the part of the dealership
Service team was great and kept me in loop the whole time with what was going on with vehicle and diagnostics of the issue. They also did a thorough inspection which raised my confidence level tremendously even though my car is now pretty old but I still feel safe driving it around
