No one bothered to discuss the service that was recommended in the paperwork or texts

I explained a problem I was having with my car in detail. The man said he would have it looked into along with the brakes which I replaced. When I got back the car he said I would have to leave the car overnight so they could hear the noise. I took my car a week later to a tire place to get a routine oil change and explained the problem once again. The man at the desk immediately said that sounds like an oil issue. He called a tech to the front office and asked him to look at my oil with me. I explained the problem to him and he also said sounds like an oil issue. We went to my car and despite the car just indicating that there was 20 % oil left it was completely dry which was causing the noise. Two men individually could diagnosis the problem from my description but not the Honda dealer! I am thankful for them catching it.
