Great experience
I take my car 2 weeks before for the A1/B1 and thay said that I need the break in the front and I drove my car for the week and still hearing the rattle noise when I step in the brakes I take it back amd they said that was the cap was touching something and they said is fix now then I take it back on Monday I request this time a different person and the repost said that my brakes in the rear are bad and not the ones in the front and thw shock in the front and not the one in the rear so my conclusion is the technicians are not doing their jobs correctly and they just selling parts rather they fix the cars
The cost is very high. I wish there were discounts given to loyal customers, such as myself, after coming back year after year, for nearly 10 years; also I bought my car there. Please consider my request. Oh, and a car wash would be awesome, or a coupon, in lieu of that, so that my vehicle will look as good as it runs!! :)

A representative at freeway Honda send incorrect images to us regarding the options for putting a roof rack on my vehicle. I selected one option and paid for it. I then took the day off work to bring my car in and have them install only to find that the roof racks did not match the image, and that the image was for an entirely different vehicle and model. The representative (Eric) did not even apologize for his error until I made a point that he should apologize for causing this big headache. I ultimately canceled my order and left after wasting about three hours of time. In general, the service center was very slow to answer questions, figure out what went wrong, and find solutions. I do not plan to return to Freeway Honda and will take my business elsewhere now and in the future.

I have only 1 complaint: when I called and spoke w/Female customer service rep, she said that if I drop my car off Saturday at 9:15 AM, my car would be ready for pickup by me at 7 AM Monday (because Sunday, Service Shop is closed). So, come Monday morning, I finally realized that the paperwork for my car said the recall service for airbag was going to be finished By 1700 hours--which is 5 PM Monday and the Service Dept closes at 5 PM. So, my car was Not Ready for pickup like it stated on paperwork (looks like the car was completed about 3:45 PM but message about car didn't come until 4:30 PM).
I know that doing a No Charge recall service puts my car's service at bottom of To-Do list when compared to servicing other vehicles too, but it's not really fair to tell customer a specific day and time to pick up car and then the car is not ready for pickup.
l feel Oscar and Female customer rep are friendly professionals. Basically, I would take off 2 points for the timeliness issue if I were to rate service based on 10 being Best Service.

I was satisfied with all service except when I got back in the car to leave which I left. I didn’t like the smell of sweat on my seats because they didn’t use a plastic cover and it was towards the end of the day and now it’s two days later and I still smell the sweat in my car on my seat and it’s not a good feeling.
