Hector was great! Kept me informed every step of the way. There was no presure to go one way or the other, just gave me the info and let me decided. I cant speak highly enough of him and the Honda team.
I was very satisfied with Matthew’s Customer Service at Freeway Honda he was very transparent and understanding. However I’m disappointed I spent over $3,000 on a repair and when I got my car back the following morning it began to make a small sound I had not heard before. I thought maybe it would go away after a couple of days however it has just gotten worse and more obvious. I am really hoping they reach out and let me come in with my vehicle so they can inspect it. Thank you.

Eric did a good job. I was a little surprised by how long it took to find out what was wrong. It was apparently the same thing as the last recall. I have no faith that it was corrected this time. The car still has the “sweet “ smell like a/c leak like the last time. Could another visit be coming in the near future. I think so.

CONGRATULATIONS
First of all the bottom plat should have been fully covered by warranty since the car was bought only 4 months ago. No one told me the Honda Accord Hybrid Turing I bought has the lower which caused keep scratching the bottom of the plat and as the result, it got damaged. Secondly, it took too long to diagnose (2 hours) and didn’t have the right part in stock so I went back next day, and it took 2.5 hours to install. Eric is a nice guy and he is trying to help me but it’s so frustrating and unpleasant experience to go through everything especially when I have to go to work!
