Is bad service because in services say something and dealer says a different things because they says different dates for the parts it will be there and they don’t have a good communication with the customer because they don’t know when the parts will be there they always saying it will be ready for this day and is not true I don’t like this services because one of the ladies who is charge of the rental car she have a bad attitude. Having had a driver come pick me up again would’ve been nice. Also took 5 hours instead of the predicted 1 1/2h stated in the letter.

This is the third time (over many years) that the Check Tire Pressure light came on when I was almost home after servicing. I learned that some calibration data needs to be input into my car’s computer to prevent that from happening. I returned to the dealership and the data was corrected. Now I know to ask if the calibration was done before I leave the dealership after servicing. It’s probably something that is easy to overlook. Eric was fine.
