I brought my car in for a premium service and no one bothered to tell me or point out that one of my tires was unsafe to drive. I had to find out an hour later when my tire popped on the freeway. I’ve been to other dealerships to have my service done and they have all talked to me when my car needs extra maintenance. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication this dealership has. This leads me to believe that the service that I paid for was not properly done!! I am very disappointed with this dealership’s maintenance department you put my family and I in danger!

Hector Gonzalez was very easy to work with. He kept me up-to-date with progress of work ordered. However, I have issue with your service folks of always adding items needing immediate repair. My husband and I are seniors on fixed income and cannot afford the costs of these items that the service department keep adding. Like today, I brought the car in for an oil change. Bam, 3 more items were needed at a cost of close to $1,700. Who can afford that? I declined the most expensive item of $1,300+

So far so good. I was surprised that service was completed In less time than service rep. said work would be completed. which made me wonder did All maintenance get done in that time frame?!! Other than that wondering- I’m please with service!!

Saib communicated well, sent pictures of the repairs needed, explained the repairs thoroughly and gave me all the information we needed. He didn’t pressure us when we indicated we wouldn’t be able to agree to all the repairs, (because we had warranties elsewhere that covered the services) and was very respectful.
