Hello. My husband Dat brought the car in so these are his comments. 1. Our new Pilot purchased in July 2024 came back Dusty and Dirty inside out. 2. Your service closed at 5pm on weekdays is really unheard of. 3. The AC or should I say lack of AC is unacceptable, even my 2013 Highlander beats it, countless complaints on FACEBOOK. Now I've heard about Honda cuts and I'm sorry you might be short staffed. I hope you guys come out ok but this would probably be our 1st and Last Honda. - Dat

Matthew was very helpful and accommodating. This was the second summer in a row that I had a problem with the air conditioning system so he made sure all the components were replaced. I'm delighted to have a nice cool ride now on these hot summer days.

I no was very satisfied with the service I received at Freeway Honda. The service advisor, Saib was courteous, accurate and most importantly knowledgeable. I had been taking my to another Honda desler however, I but the service at your location was far better than the other dealer! I will purchase my next Honda at your location.
