The problem with my car was—as explained by Mr. Gonzalez and the mechanic—was relatively straightforward, and the solution was also straightforward. I appreciated him not trying to upsell. He certainly recommended the services my car needed but also provided a timeframe for them to get done at a later time. Communication was prompt and professional.

The first time the car got service they forgot to put back the bolts from the latch tailgate. I took it back to complete service and remind them about the bolts and they forgot again!!!
