Oscar told me on the phone that it will cost between $90 -$100 on the battery since the battery I had was purchased from you in 2019. And he told me labor is included. But told my son that the total will be around$139.95. We already wasted gas money and time to come there with the understanding that my cost will not be over $100. Also on the receipt my son brought home it clearly states if I purchase another battery within 56 to 65 months. That I will pay 40% parts and 0% labor. That would make the battery around $80 + tax. I would appreciate you guys refunding me the extra I was charged. I was lead to believe one thing and told something else when there. I didn’t appreciate being taking advantage of. And being ripped off

Yes I drove into the shop here at freeway Honda and was greeted well. My service advisor, Oscar M, did a great job from the start ! I made an appointment too bad it was for another Honda. However they still took my car in and did an oil change and they did so in a timely manner. I will have to make sure I come to this Honda for future oil services thanks Oscar !
Everything was great, except the fact that I didn’t get a hard copy of the results of the multi-point inspection
