Adrian was very understanding and explained it was very busy, HOWEVER the whole department was overbooked and this was not his fault. A five hour wait for an oil change is unheard of at any other dealership. Personnel doing appointments need better training and oversight.
Michael did not answer request related to cruise control not working going downhill. After pointing out that I’d asked him twice how I could find out why it did not work he finally called in his manager. It may have been helpful for him to refer me to the manager earlier when it was apparent that he did not know the answer even after looking at my Honda CRV Hybrid manual (2022). Otherwise, Michael was helpful with 2 other questions I had when signing the car in for service.
