Matthew in service is always very helpful and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any questions and/or concerns I may have about our cars.

After paying $2,300 for service my car has a loud noise and the Freeway Honda technician said that was normal. I have sent a video and sound to Kenya to review this inconvenience… have someone call me on Monday ****-****-xxxx

I waited there over an hour to get a second key made for my car, and coming to Honda paying $280 for one key I’m thinking it’s going to be done right-that is why I came to “Honda” & paid this much for 1 key when I could have paid 1/2 as much for someone to come out to me and make the key. When my car was Finally Finished I take the key to go check that everything works before I leave anywhere. And good thing I did because my key would NOT LOCK my car when I hit the lock button on the key. So I had to wait ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR to fix the problem-I wasn’t even given coupons or anything for my long wait. I doubt I will be back at this Honda Service Center Again.
