Waited 40 minutes for Courtesy Van. A driveway guy told at 8:00 that the driver took a customer to Irvine at 7:30, and would be back shortly. At 8:20 that same guy pulled the van up from the back,soaking wet. Then he tells me the “driver called off at the last minute” It wasn’t very busy with customer, the best I could tell. This is NOT the first time your service dept. has disappointed me.
