I was there to have my brakes checked because they were making a wierd noise the said that they did find anything wrong with the brakes but while driving my new Honda home with Les then 8 000 miles I could hear the brakes making the same sound that I was trying to get repaired. Very frustrated My only thought is that one one drove the car .

i have been with honda for years ever since i got my first car and now im on my second im really extremely disappointed and dissatisfied which is something that has never happened with honda before i always ask for gonzales i have always ask for him and iv always had a positive experience until this time he was a little aggressive which was very devistating for me as i have always asked for him specifically and from now and on wont as the aggression was unnecessary
We trust Oscar completely. not only is he knowledgeable,and paishent. But he treats you like a friend. that is special when you are 80 and don’t know mutch about cars.
