I took the car because the AC was failing and they detected three other issues and I told them to fix two and the other for next time and in the end they gave me the car without fixing it when I had already authorized the repair. The car stayed in the shop for two days, I didn't understand what happened.

Car was returned in excellent smooth condition. I only suggest that you bring back the UBER/LYFT service back again. I once turned my car in for service and took a ride share provided by the dealership to Huntington Beach. It would be much more convenient and less time consuming instead of the shuttle to get customers to their desired destinations. Saib Gonzales was helpful, quick, friendly, and informative during the entire process.

Hector was courteous and patient to find out what my car needed to be done. He also arranged for me a courtesy ride home. I didn’t know that I had to leave my car there for the whole day. So I didn’t arranged a ride home. So the courtesy ride home made me worry free.
