I would like too see next time the before and after of the work that was done on the vehicle. It would be great . Showing the issue at first I think that is awesome but like I said I would love to see the work done afterwards cuz I can’t see the bottom of the car . Overall awesome customer service like always.

I arrived at the dealership at around 8:30am. I waited in the waiting area until 11:35am, and nobody came to give me an update, as they’ve done both here, and at Buena Park Honda. I’m used to waiting 3-4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, so I wasn’t alarmed. However, when I happened to check my text messages, I saw that my car was ready at 9:35. I waited two hours for nothing. Nobody came and spoke to me during the entire time I was waiting. Next time, I will check my messages - but I shouldn’t need to. On a positive note, I had requested that the Buena Park Honda windshield sticker be removed, if possible. It was removed. Thanks.

The only suggestion I have is this was the first visit to your service department, and when I received the text that my car was done I didn’t know where I was suppose to go then and didn’t see my car. And because my oil change was part of my contract I didn’t think about needing to go to the cashier because I didn’t owe any money. Luckily, the service manager that met me at the car saw me and let me know that I needed sign paperwork with the cashier.

I’ll be back in tomorrow for a separate service call. But after my oil change today (and multi-point inspection) I drove home, and when I turned on my car later in the night — I noticed I have a low-beam headlight out. I opened the hood to check to see if the cable housing had dislodged, and the baffle on the inside of my hood is loose and hanging down. I’m sure there was a multi-point inspection completed — but these sure seem like odd things to miss if it was completed. Will follow up tomorrow.

The experience to be the first time was excellent answered all my questions Oscar G. was very professional and we were in contact all the time he gave me updates about the vehicle all the time. Long waiting time from 8:50 in the morning to 2:30 and leaving the dealership a mile away the warning came on that the tires are low in air I could no longer return because I was already annoyed by the wait so I will have to return another day to see if they fix that problem

Was able to get in and out so that was a plus. I normally get a page with information on my battery and tire life but I did not receive one this time around. Overall though, thank you for the service. It’s always a good experience at this place and it’s good to know my Civic’s in good hands.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Freeway Honda. After swearing I would never come back, a friend convinced me to give it another try and recommended I work with Oscar, mentioning his name for special care. Unfortunately, it was the same disappointing experience. I replaced my tires less than ten months ago, drove only 12,000 miles or less, and yet the inspection showed that my tires were “very bad” and I needed an alignment. I already replaced my tires at Costco and had the alignment done at Freeway Honda. It seems either someone is trying to get more money or the technician inspected the wrong car! I went to Costco right after, and they confirmed the tires are in very good condition. It’s incredible how bad the service has become. Last time I did maintenance, immediately after picking up my car, one of the wheel cups flew off while I was on the 55 freeway. Very poor service all around.
