It was tough to wait for the recall updates to be completed on my Prologue, but getting a loaner took most of the sting away. Everything was handled professionally by the staff and although I have Honda dealers closer to me, I will be returning.

Teresa has phenomenal customer service skills and is a clear prompt communicator.
